Toronto police are investigating the discovery of a human skull in a park in the city’s northwest. The skull was spotted by a man walking in the park on Wednesday afternoon (near Weston Rd. and St. Clair Ave.).
The coroner was called to the scene and confirmed the remains are human.
Other bones were also found near the scene and police confirm they are also human.
It’s not yet clear if the remains belong to a male or female.
A woman’s torso was found behind an east-end Toronto butcher shop last week, but police say Wednesday’s discovery is not connected to that case. (CP24,CITY)
