Superman will be making an appearance on the TV show Supergirl this fall.
The DC Comics character, who is Supergirl’s cousin, is set to appear in the beginning of season two, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
‘Superman will be appearing in the first two episodes of the new season and we cannot wait to see who next dons the red cape,’ executive producer Andrew Kreisberg said in a statement via THR.
The CW network is home to three other superhero series, including The Flash, Arrow and Legends Of Tomorrow.
The lead character, Supergirl (also known as Kara Danvers) is played by actress Melissa Benoist.
Mehcad Brooks, Chyler Leigh, Calista Flockhart, Jenna Dewan Tatum and Peter Facinelli are also part of the cast.
