Selena Gomez flaunts her edgy new style and taut midriff in her first-ever campaign for Louis Vuitton.
The 23-year-old has been named the face of Louis Vuitton’s Series 5 campaign, which debuted on Friday — just one day after the luxury label’s creative director Nicolas Ghesquière hinted at the collaboration by sharing a snapshot of them on set.
In one of the new fall 2016 ads, Selena is pictured modeling a faux fur hat as she strikes a pose in patterned, high-waisted leggings paired with a leather bomber jacket.
Aside from a dark brown lip, the singer is wearing minimal make-up in the image, which sees her holding a tiny Louis Vuitton trunk purse.
Ghesquière took to Instagram on Friday morning to share the ‘stunning’ singer’s ad from the shoot, which was photographed by fashion legend Bruce Weber.
The actress also debuted a campaign photo on Instagram that morning, writing: ‘Happy to finally share my first @louisvuitton campaign — thank you and love you.’
Selena can be seen posing on an airport runway in a purple and teal dress featuring a patterned ruffle at her calves.
The eclectic ensemble was paired with chunky black boots similar to the ones she wore in May to the Met Gala, where she sported head-to-toe Louis Vuitton.
And like the ad shared by Ghesquière, Selena is rocking dark lips and holding a monogrammed LV bag while her caramel-colored waves blow in the wind.
Last month, Selena teased the venture on Instagram when she posted a photo her and Ghesquière posed on the cover of Vogue Brasil.
