Sanjay Dutt: I would never want Salman to go to jail


Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt celebrated his 57th birthday today, July 29. The actor held a press conference at his residence, Imperial Heights in Bandra and addressed the media on the occasion.Rumours had been rife that all’s not well between Sanjay Dutt and his close friend, superstar Salman Khan. However, Sanju rubbished reports of things going sour between him and Salman, and revealed that Sallu had called him up in the morning to wish him. He further added, “He is my younger brother. He has always been and will always be. God has given him all the grace and great success in life. l request everyone to not make it an issue. He is busy and so am I. We can’t meet daily. We met in Madrid (during IIFA). No one wrote about it. There is no fight. No one fights with your brother.”
Sanjay even expressed his happiness at Salman’s acquittal by the Rajasthan High Court in the 1998 black buck poaching case. He further added that he would never want Salman or anyone else to ever go to jail.This also happens to be Sanjay’s first birthday after he completed his jail sentence, earlier this year. Recalling the birthdays he spent in prison, Sanju said that the inmates used to bake him cookies and tried their best to make him happy.
