Unlike the Lyf 3, the device is not a Homeshop18 exclusive, and can be purchased in select retail stores as well. At Rs. 3,999 this is one of the more affordable 4G LTE devices in the market at this time.
The Lyf Flame 4 has a quad core 1.5 GHz chipset. The GPU is a Mali 400 MP2 clocked at 500MHz. There is 512 MB of RAM available. The display is a 4″ WVGA 480×800 screenusing Asahi Dragontrail glass. There is a 1400 mAh battery with a rating talktime of up to 4.5 hours. There is internal memory of 8GB, with expansion supported up to 32GB. The notable sensor in the device is an accelerometer. The USB interface is a micro USB 2.0 port.
The Lyf Flame3 has a 5 MP back camera and a 2 MP front camera. The Lyf Flame 4 has a 2MP back camera and a 0.3 MP VGA front camera. There is a rear LED flash though, and the it is possible to record 720p video at 30 fps. The camera supports HDR, panorama, burst and slow motion video modes. Both rear and front camera support 3x zoom. The connectivity options available include 3G, 4G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
