When the summer heat takes a toll on your mood, grab a salmon along with some mangoes and prepare a refreshing recipe. Take curry leaves, garam masala, mustard seeds and asafoetida (Hing) and grind all the ingredients. Prepare a grill by pre-heating it at medium-high. Rub some oil on each salmon fillet and sprinkle the grinded spices on them. Cook the fillets for 5 minutes from one side and for another 5 minutes from the other side. Mix mangoes with mango juice, coriander leaves, red onion, lime juice, some garam masala and salt. Leave it for 5 minutes and serve the salmon with mango masala.
