Recipe: Prune, Cherry and Cranberry Butter Cake

Unsalted Butter 500 gms
Refined Flour 550 gms
Breakfast Sugar 500 gms
Whole Eggs 6 Nos
Baking Powder 5 Gms
Del Monte Prunes (Chopped) 5-6 Nos
Del Monte Cherry 50 Gms
Del Monte Dried Cranberry 100 gms
Salt 5 Gms
Lemon Zest( Lemon Peals) 1 nos


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a Baking pan/ Mould, or

  In a Machine Bowl Combine Butter and Sugar , cream it nicely
  Fold in the eggs slowly after the Mixture is creamed nicely
  Fold in the Flour and baking powder, Del Monte Prunes, cherry and cranberry.
  Spoon into Baking pan / Mould.
 Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the
