An easy to make rice and milk based sweet dish with a saffron flavour.
1 litre – Milk
50grams- Soaked Basmati rice
1 Cup – Sugar
½ tsp- Green Cardamom Powder
Rose water – To taste
8-10 – Pistachios Chopped
Kesar (Saffron) – To taste
– Bring the milk to Boil in a deep Pan
– Lower the heat and let it simmer until it reduces a little. Grind the soaked rice to a coarse paste
Add a little milk to it and mix to make a little thinner.
– Add the sugar to the remaining milk and keep boiling
