Recipe: Dahi Ke Kebab

Ingredients

  • 250 gms yogurt
  • Browned onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Ginger
  • 250 gms paneer
  • 200 gms cheese
  • 1 tsp bhuna jeera
  • Pinch of black salt
  • Salt
  • Chopped coriander
  • 100 gms maida
  • 1 Bowl of bread crumbs
  • Method

    1. In a bowl mix hung yoghurt, brown onions, green chillies, onions, ginger, paneer & cheese.
    2. Add bhuna jeera, black salt, salt & coriander.
    3. Make small kebabs and mix it in batter made of maida and bread crumbs.
    4. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
    5. Deep fry in hot oil and serve.
