A 21-year-old Quebec woman is facing dozens of charges in connection with a series of alleged sexual crimes against at least 13 teenage girls. Roxanne Auger-Lapointe was arrested Wednesday and appeared in court Thursday in Saint-Jérôme, north of Montreal.
She faces 37 charges including sexual assault, sexual contact, invitation to sexual touching, sexual exploitation, exhibitionism and Internet luring.
Police say she would park her car outside local high schools and make contact with the alleged victims.
The abuse allegedly occurred over a three-year period.
Auger-Lapointe will remain behind bars pending a bail hearing May 25.
