More than $2 million worth of cannabis plants have been seized from homes in Sydney’s north west. Police raided five homes – three in Epping and two in Oatlands – seizing 638 plants in various stages of maturity.
Police said the joint operation involved the Operational Support Group and officers from five local area commands.
At each home police also found illegal electricity diversions, large amounts of hydroponic equipment and other items.
Police said no arrests had been made and investigations were continuing.
