The Panama Papers have not just named people in Mumbai and Delhi but looks like 30 companies from Hyderabad are also included that list. A report in Deccan Chronicle states that 30 companies which are registered in Hyderabad are part of the infamous Panama Papers leak. These companies include BHEL MIG Ramachandrapuram and Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.
When the addresses of these companies were verified, they were found to be just houses of people, adds the report. One company was found to be registered with an address of an advocate’s house. This is the registered address of the China-based company Zhao Zhi Jun. This company is reportedly linked to a British Virgin Islands company, adds the report. The same address has also been registered to a company named Rakshana Mines and Minerals Limited.
Some of the companies have registered addresses in Saleemnagar in Malakpet, Anandnagar in Khairatabad and Ramkote.The daily adds that the Panama Papers have named industrialists K. Krishna Mohan Rao, V. Malla Reddy, M. Kameswara Rao, P. Surender Reddy, Moturi Srinivas Prasad, Volam Bhaskar Rao, Koneru Madhu and Jaya Kumar Bhavanasi. Prasad, Bhaskar Rao, Madhu and Bhavanasi had earlier stated that they hadn’t done anything illegal, adds the daily.
