The Ontario Hockey Academy school in Cornwall, Ont., has been destroyed by a fire. Fire officials say calls came in around 6:40 p.m. Thursday and crews arrived to find the building had been evacuated.

A seniors’ building next door was also evacuated as a safety precaution.

A spokesperson for the school says today was to be their final day for the school year and they are looking into making arrangements for September’s session.

The 95 students and staff escaped safely and were taken to a local hotel.
