Walnuts finely chopped 6-8

Almonds finely chopped 8-10

Dark chocolate chopped 1 cup

Step 1

Melt dark chocolate on a double boiler.

Step 2

Dry-roast walnuts and almonds on a non-stick pan till golden and crunchy.

Step 3

Remove chocolate from heat and bring down to room temperature. Add roasted nuts and mix well.

Step 4

Pour the chocolate-nut mixture into a small heart shape silicon chocolate mould, tap and scrape out the excess chocolate from above the mould using a scraper. Refrigerate to set for 10-15 minutes.

Step 5

Demould and serve.
