4 Medium beetroot, boiled, peeled and diced
4-5 Mint leaves, chopped
60 g Fresh cream
1 tsp Mustard paste
3-4 Almonds, chopped
Black Pepper Powder
3-4 Parsley Leaves, chopped
-In a bowl add beetroot, mint leaves, fresh cream, mustard and almonds.
-Season with salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
-Garnish with parsley and serve cold.
