A man suffered serious injuries in a street fight that broke out after bars closed last night in downtown Montreal. The man was found at the corner of René-Lévesque Boulevard East and Sanguinet Street.

Police say he remains in hospital but the injuries are not life threatening.

Two suspects, both age 22, were arrested following the altercation, at the corner of St-Laurent Boulevard and Ste-Catherine Street.

They are in police custody and will be questioned by investigators.
