A 76-year-old man is facing charges in connection with a pair of incidents in which he allegedly exposed himself while covering his face with a newspaper. The first incident happened on April 17, 2015 at around 5 p.m.

Police say the man was in a restaurant near St. Clair Avenue West and Dufferin Street when he held the newspaper up top his face and proceeded to walk around the inside and outside of the restaurant with his genitals exposed.

The second incident happened on January 29, 2016 at around 4:10 p.m.

Police say the same man watched employees through the glass window of a storefront near Queen Street West and Augusta Avenue before covering his face with the newspaper and exposing his genitals.

Ronald David Heath, of Toronto, was arrested on Saturday and charged with two counts of committing an indecent act, three counts of failing to comply with probation and one count of failing to comply with a recognizance.

Police say they believe there may be other victims who have not yet come forward.
