According to the law, after a divorce petition has been filled, a couple is granted a period of six months to think about reconciliation. If there are no signs of getting back together, the court dissolves the marriage. Malaika-Arbaaz announced their separation in March, earlier this year, and soon the Chaiya Chaiya girl moved out of the Khan residence into an apartment along with her son. According to many reports, it is being said that trouble began brewing in Malika-Arbaaz's marriage when Malaika supposedly began an affair with Arjun Kapoor.
