For the third time in the past two weeks, Technical Education and Industrial Training Minister Madan Mohan Mittal has objected to the three member panel of candidates recommended for the post.Mittal wanted two other names in the panel. He advocated that these two had experience of running a university unlike the three recommended by the CS.Talking to the media at the state BJP headquarters here today, he said Kaushal’s ‘attitude’ was bad for the government as well as the bureaucracy. The bureaucracy is under the legislature and not otherwise,” he said.The furious minister today said the stand of the Chief Secretary on the issue was dangerous for the SAD-BJP alliance.He has sought strict action against Kaushal for ignoring a Cabinet rank Minister.Mittal even alleged that the Chief Secretary was wrongly advising the Chief Minister on important issues,“He is ill-advising the Chief Minister on important issues. The Centre-state relations have been adversely affected due to it. Even the SYL issue could have been handled better,” he claimed.The file concerning the appointments is pending with the Chief Minister for several months.He told mediapersons that he would meet the Chief Minister soon for demanding strict action against the Chief Secretary.He said he had written to the Chief Minister about four months ago seeking his intervention in changing the panel of candidates for the post of PTU Vice-Chancellor
