The gorgeous brunette wore a pair of nude, Ferragamo pumps, and accessorized with a mix of Melissa Kaye and Dana Rebecca jewellery.For make-up, the former Glee star went for a mesmerizing smokey eye, which highlighted her beautiful brown peepers.
