Gwen Stefani was certainly looking animated at the Radio Disney Music Awards.

The 46-year-old singer brought out her inner child in a bright and noticeable way as she picked up the RDMA Hero Award at the event taking place at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater on Saturday.

Gwen – who brought along her adorable six-year-old niece Stella Stefani – was rocking a rainbow-hued shimmery dress with long sleeves and a below-the-knee hem that showed off her black fishnet stockings and black patent leather heels.

The This Is What The Truth Feels Like songstress was being honoured for her ability to inspire youngsters to do good in the world, and her good pal and frequent collaborator Pharrell Williams was presenting the award to her.

She was also up for Artist With The Best Style Award, a race against fellow style-makers Becky G, Taylor Swift and Zendaya.

The star stopped to pose while clutching the hand of her little niece, the daughter of Gwen’s brother Todd, looking proud with a smile on her red lipstick mouth.
