“Starting today, if you use Google Apps for Work or Edu, you can schedule meetings from anywhere with “Find a time” in Google Calendar for Android,” Google said in a blogpost. The company adds that “Find a time” lets users schedule meetings with others, even when they are in different time zones. Even if users have a conflicting meeting, it can be easily rescheduled in the Calendar with a single tap.
Google blogpost explains that although “Find a time” makes suggestions, its the user who controls rescheduling, meeting timings etc. Users can even manage calendar for others to schedule meetings for them.
