The Orlando Sentinel reported Benjamin Middendorf told the 911 dispatcher he and his brother had a fight before he grabbed a gun and shot him. Benjamin Middendorf told police Nicholas began bullying him about a cheeseburger. The police report didn’t give further details. Benjamin Middendorf was being held without bond at Osceola County Jail on first-degree murder charges, according to WKMG.
