Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly, told the media here that he feared a clash between the PTI and the PML-N workers because some of the statements by the leaders of the two parties were immature, which increased acrimony between the workers of the two parties.

He said that if any political party thought that the speaker of the National Assembly was partial, then the party could bring the vote of no confidence against him.

He said that the PPP would bring about change through democracy and not by any other means.

The senior PPP leader said that his party believed in principles.  He said that PS-127 seat belonged to the PPP, which the party gained through fair elections and not through rigging.

The PPP leader said that his party had made it clear to Imran Khan that the PPP would never support besieging of the personal house of the prime minister. Khursheed Shah said that MQM’s declining to collect hides of sacrificial animals was a good decision.

Meanwhile, former chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah held a meeting with Syed Khursheed Shah.
