It was a hot and sunny day in the national capital today with the maximum temperature rising to settle at 39 degree Celsius, a notch above the normal for the season. According to MeT department, minimum temperature was recorded at 20.4 degree Celsius which was three notches below the normal.
The humidity level in air remained on the lower side and oscillated between 50 per cent and 13 per cent.
The Met office has predicted partly cloudy skies with dust haze for tomorrow.
“The skies will be partly cloudy tomorrow and dust haze is very likely to occur during afternoon and evening.
“The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 39 and 21 degrees,” the MeT official further said.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 37.3 degree Celsius while the minimum temperature had settled at 19.9 degrees.
