Police fear a man is seeking out young girls in public libraries after a report of a sexual assault Monday, June 20, 2016, at about 3 p.m. at the Toronto Public Library at Fairview Mall.  A 14-year-old girl was studying in the library when a man sat down next to her and began a conversation. During this time., he sexually assaulted her. The girl left the library and the man followed her out  She returned to the library to call police  He is described as mid-20s, 6’0”, 185 lbs., slim build, with short, straight, light-brown hair, receding hairline with sideburns, clean-shaven. He was wearing brown lens sunglasses, a lime-green T-shirt, dark-blue/black loose-fit jeans and grey shoes with white soles and laces. He was carrying a rectangular leather bag with a handle.
