Expelled Congress leader Jagmeet Brar today claimed that neither would he float a party nor join any outfit “but discussions with like-minded leaders” were on to ensure that the Congress and SAD were kept away from forming the government. Brar here met Bir Devinder Singh, another expelled leader from the Congress.Brar alleged that state Congress president Capt Amarinder Singh had “dug the Congress’ grave” by being in league with the ruling Badals. Both leaders had a two-hour meeting in which they discussed various issues pertaining to the prevalent political scenario in the state.
