A new way of applying winged eyeliner so that it appears like bubbles. How it started
Jenny Gonzalez perfected the technique in a video tutorial, and it went viral after that, spawning loads of spin-offs.
How it’s done
Rub gel liner on to the back of your hand. Then use a small brush to apply some of the liner to your eye with a very thin wing out to the side. Dab your eyeliner cap into the smudged liner on your hand and use it to stamp semicircular shapes along your lashline. Fill in the bubbles with a brush and draw a few more freehand bumps on the wing.
