The devices are not a massive upgrade from last year in terms of looks but they are much more powerful with the new Fusion A10 chipset and an improved set of camera, especially the iPhone 7 Plus that comes with a dual-lens camera module.
OnePlus phones are popular for their ‘flagship killer’ status but they did not tout the OnePlus 3 as one. Despite that, the OnePlus 3 has given the likes of Samsung and LG a run for their money. With an attractive price tag that sits comfortably under the 30k segment, the device comes with the powerful Snapdragon 820 which is supported by a more than ample 6GB of RAM.
Unlike the previous two generations, the OnePlus 3 flaunts a metal and glass construction which puts it in direct competition with the best looking devices in the industry.
The HTC 10 is one of the best blends of software and hardware. Though it might not boast of any extraordinary feature or specification, like a curved screen or 6GB RAM, but the Sense UI is so well optimised for the powerful hardware that the overall experience is butter-smooth.
The device is powered by a Snapdragon 820 and features an able 12Megapixel shooter with an f/1.8 aperture.
Moto Z series
Entering the Indian market at the right time is the Moto Z series, the latest premium offering by Motorola. The devices will be launching in India on October 4. So far, Motorola has been treated well by the Indian market and the Moto Z Series aims to fill the vacuum in the premium segment.
The Z series will offer a semi-modular experience to its user. Though the pricing of the modular components can be a deal-breaker considering the prices in the US.
