In short answer is yes! Avocado oil is great for moisturizing dry, brittle, and damaged hair. It is so light weight that it gets absorbed into your hair and scalp easily. It has number of nutrients, namely, vitamins A, B, D, E, protein, amino acids, iron, copper, magnesium, and folic acid. All these nutriments are useful for nourishing your hair and hair growth.

It is a natural humectant, so helps to augment and lock in moisture. It works as a natural SPF. It’s good for hair deep conditioning, making hair stronger and adding luster to hair as well. The bonus point is that its vitamins, amino acids, and high fat content stimulate healthy hair growth and are good for retaining and even reinstating scalp health – so can be used to treat dry, itchy scalp.

You don’t have to buy expensive commercial hair treatments when you can make your own easily at your home, that too all from natural ingredients available in your kitchen.
