Three people have been charged in relation to the death of Logan woman Sabrina Bremer, whose burnt body was spotted on the side of a road in northern NSW.

A 28-year-old Woodridge man and a 27-year-old Kingston woman were both charged with one count each of murder and misconduct with a corpse by interfering.

A 38-year-old Wynnum man has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

All three are due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Thursday.

A cross-border investigation remains underway and police are yet to lay any charges.

A motorist spotted the 34-year-old woman’s charred remains at Dulguigan, 30 kilometres south-west of Tweed Heads in northern New South Wales, two weeks ago.

She had been reported missing to Queensland police by her teenage daughter.

Earlier this month, a white sedan linked to Ms Bremer’s disappearance was found in Logan.

She was last seen while travelling in the car through northern NSW.

At that time, Tweed-Byron Local Area Command Detective Chief Inspector Brendan Cullen said police were trying to fill in the gap between August 15 when Ms Bremer was last seen in Logan and August 18 when her body was spotted at Dulguigan.
