Earlier on Saturday, June 25, 2016, Prime Minister Modi met a six-year-old girl in Pune who had written to him seeking help for her heart surgery owing to poor financial condition of her family.
The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) responded promptly and arranged help through the Pune district administration for the girl Vaishali, who needed surgery for a hole in her heart. She was operated upon successfully early this month at a city hospital.
