Toronto police are investigating an overnight shooting on Bathurst Street between College and Dundas Street West that has injured a man. Just after 3 a.m., police responded to reports of several gunshots in the area.

The male shooting victim managed to make his own way to Toronto Western Hospital.

His injuries appear to be non-life threatening but he is still in hospital.

Police said shell casings were found in the area. The scene has been cleared and the street is being reopened.
