Holy projectiles, Batman! A Seattle man was arrested Monday after throwing a batarang at officers in an SUV, according to police.
The unidentified man was allegedly waving a knife attached to a metal pole at a bouncer in Emerald City before fleeing when police arrived. It is not immediately clear if the Bruce Wayne wannabe had a Batmobile, though officers said that the 23-year-old stuck their SUV with the “throwing star.” Photos released of the logo-shaped shuriken show that it is 6 inches from wing to wing, and sharp enough to pierce a vehicle’s bumper. The vigilante, who police confirmed is not actually Batman, was arrested for assault, though authorities say they may request weapon charges.
